1 in 6 people across the globe is currently experiencing infertility and many of people impacted are in the workforce.
Many workplaces do not currently have fertility policies / benefits to support their employees currently navigating their fertility journeys.
We provide fertility workplace training and support to help employers and workplaces to create policies that would better support their employees through their journeys. We help educate all staff, line managers and HR teams to ensure they have a better understanding of the impact of infertility and fertility treatments on individuals so they can provide better support.
Our goal is to work with employers to become fertility friendly.
