♻️Hi everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to remind us all that every loss, no matter how early or late, is deeply valid and deserves support and compassion.

Whether you experienced an early miscarriage, a later-term loss, or anything in between, your feelings and grief are real and important.

♻️I’ve noticed that sometimes we downplay our own pain by thinking, “It was so early, maybe I shouldn’t feel this sad,” or comparing our loss to someone else’s.

But grief isn’t a competition.

It’s unique to each of us, and we all deserve the space to feel, heal, and be supported.
